1. Return Window

You may return any product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. We understand that finding the right eco-friendly products for your needs may take time, so we've made our return window generous and hassle-free.

For unopened products in original packaging, you have up to 60 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

2. Eligible Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Received the wrong product or quantity
  • Product arrived damaged during shipping
  • Allergic reaction or sensitivity to ingredients (even from natural sources)

Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions within 24 hours.

Package Your Return

Pack the items securely in their original packaging if possible. Include the RAN and your order number inside the package.

Ship Your Return

Use the prepaid return shipping label we provide. Drop off at any authorized carrier location. We'll email you a tracking number.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

5. Exchange Policy

If you'd prefer to exchange your product for a different item from our eco-friendly collection, simply indicate this when contacting us. We'll prioritize your exchange and ship the new product as soon as we receive your return.

If there's a price difference between the returned and exchanged products, we'll either refund the difference or send you a secure payment link for the additional amount.

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:

  • Free Return Shipping: Defective products, wrong items sent, or damaged during shipping
  • Prepaid Label Provided: All other returns (a small shipping fee may be deducted from your refund)
  • Customer Responsibility: Refused deliveries or returns without RAN

7. Product Condition

We understand you may need to test our eco-friendly products to determine if they work for your needs. Products can be returned even if opened and partially used, as long as:

  • The majority of the product remains in the container
  • The product has not been contaminated with other substances
  • Original packaging and labels are intact where possible
  • The return is initiated within the 30-day window

8. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Custom-formulated or special-order products made specifically for you
